Privacy policy

Last updated 27 October 2026

This policy explains how LBS Joinery Yorkshire ("LBS Joinery", "we", "us") uses the personal information you give us. We keep things simple: we only collect what we need to reply to you and carry out your work.

Who we are

LBS Joinery is run by Luke Sagar, a joiner based in Keighley, West Yorkshire. We are the data controller for the information you share with us. You can contact us about anything in this policy by emailing lukesagar@live.com or calling 07751 760736.

What we collect

When you fill in our quote form, we collect:

  • your name, phone number and email address
  • the postcode of the job
  • the service you are interested in, your timescale and any details you choose to add

If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp, we will also have the details you send us in that way, such as your number, messages and any photos.

Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit) to keep the site secure and working. We do not use this to identify you.

How we use it

  • to reply to your enquiry and give you a quote
  • to arrange visits and carry out and invoice any work you ask us to do
  • to keep records we are legally required to keep, such as for tax

We will never sell your information, and we will not send you marketing messages.

Our lawful basis

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018), we use your information because you have asked us to take steps before entering a contract (giving you a quote), to perform a contract with you, to comply with our legal obligations, and for our legitimate interest in running and protecting our business.

Who we share it with

We only share information with trusted services that help us run the website and business:
